Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the product was marked as “final sale,” it is not eligible for return or refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at [Insert Email Address].
How to Start a Return
Email us at help@deskology.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for sending your item back to us.
Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
