Ryan Laches

Junior Full-Stack Web Developer

About Me

My name is Ryan Laches, and I'm a Junior Full-Stack Developer located in the the Apex/Holly Springs area. I am an aspiring web applications developer who is focused and ready to show the world what I can do. I love coding, I love learning about coding, and I love exceeding my clients expectations.

I want to use my skills to help small or local businesses that may not have the resources to obtain a beautiful, functional, and stable website. What I'm here to do is consult and offer my services to develop your small businesses website, or add functional web applications to your business. Based upon the nature of the work, I am offering my services at a significant discount. The reason I'm doing this is to build an attractive and impressive portfolio to help with my entry into the field.

Family Bicycle

Family Bicycle is a local family-owned bicycle shop that I designed and hand-coded.

This one of my first projects in school, and it is elementary at best but demonstrates what I was capable of after just one semester of class at Wake Tech.

Work History

I have worked in many fast-paced food service environments, which has both equipped me with excellent communication and collaborative skills as well as humbled me with my approach on labor and hard work. I have worked as a cook at numerous restaurants (Rudino's, Remington BBQ, BurgerFi, etc.), and I have worked as a waiter and bartender at a restaurant in downtown Apex called The Provincial. I enjoyed my time working as a bartender and waiter because it gave me the opportunity to interact with a variety of different people and helped me build me into a strong team player.
