My name is Ryan Laches, and I am an aspiring web developer attending Wake Technical Community College. I am working on earning my A.A.S. Web Development degree, and currently on my second year enrolled in the program. I am going at my own pace, and on my own path.
I was born in Durham, NC, and eventually moved with my family to Cary, NC. Eventually, we moved one more time to Apex, NC, where I attended high-school and live to this day. Some of my hobbies include casual gaming on my Nintendo Switch or competitive gaming on my PC, building gaming computers and computers/computer hardware in general, playing guitar/bass/drums and learning new instruments, building big Lego sets of things that I like, going for walks outside at parks or around my neighborhood trail(s), playing with and taking care of my Devon Rex kitten named Theo (although he is not really a kitten anymore as he is two years old), and growing and tending to my collection of carnivorous plants and bonsai trees; I also like collecting various things, such as crystals/minerals/gemstones, miniature yet functional models of things such as board games or arcade games, Lego sets (I like the replica cars and collectors series Star Wars ships the most and carnivorous plants, and tattoos (of which I have two shoulder-to-knuckle sleeves and the upper portion of my jacket front and back). I only have two bonsai trees right now, a Green Mound Juniper (think pine tree, but shorter and shrubbier looking) and a Fukien Tea tree (blossoms white flowers over and over starting in the spring and extending all the way to the start of the Fall).
