A Quaint Beach Town
Carolina Beach is a small community located near Wilmington, NC, inside the area known as the Pleasure Islands. It is home to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, which was voted one of the top 10 boardwalks in the US by Food & Wine Magazine. The boardwalk is alive with games, rides, and activities for children and people of all ages.

If you enjoy fishing, the Carolina Beach Fishing Pier is a must see location within the area. THe pier boasts an impressive 700ft length, and provides more than just plenty of space for fishing, but a nice view of the town of Carolina Beach.
Historic Structures
But the biggest, and best attraction in Carolina Beach has got to be, hands down, the beach. Carolina Beach provides plenty of options to hit the sand long North Carolina's stunning coastline. There are sections of the beach that are friendly to friends and family, as well as other portion of the beach that are open to vehicles and 4wd sports utilities. There are roughly 20 seasonal lifeguards stands long this portion of the coast to keep swimming and water play safe and fun.
