Things To Do

Topsail Beach offers a wide variety of family friendly beach and onshore activiies. You can enjoy swimming, surfing, fishing, relaxing, and playing in the sand on our easily accessible beaches. Leashed dogs are permitted on the beach. Boating is accommodated via the Town's Bush Marina and fishing via the Jolly Roger Fishing Pier.

Offshore endeavors include our town's eclectic shopping and dining experiences. Our local shops and restaurants cater to all ages and palates. Fun can be had by all at our Topsail Beach Skating Rink and Patio Playground mini golf course. For history buffs or those on an educational journey, the Missiles and More Museum showcases our island's history as an US Army missile test site during World War II.

For those who have difficulties with walking on the sand, one of our three beach wheelchairs can be used. The wheelchairs are available on a first-come first-serve basis and may not be taken beyond the town limits. Wheelchairs are availabe for pick up and return (by 9pm) at the Topsail Beach Police Department for one day use. Wheelchairs must be picked up and returned to the Topsail Beach Police Department.
