The Front-End to No-End

What is JavaScript?

lkim2, December 2, 2023December 2, 2023

JavaScript. Probably the programming language I struggle with the most.

So let’s talk about it.

JavaScript is like the magic wand that brings your webpage to life– and I mean that literally. HTML lays down the structure, CSS makes it look cool, and then JavaScript swoops in to add the fun stuff. Imagine it as the behind-the-scenes maestro making buttons clickable, forms interactive, and overall, turning your website into a dynamic experience.

For beginners like us, delving into JavaScript is like discovering a whole new world of possibilities and difficulties. It’s not just about displaying static info, it’s about creating web pages that respond and adapt to what users do. It can definitely be a bit overwhelming at first with all those functions and loops, but trust me, once you get the hang of it, you’ll be scripting your way to building some seriously cool web projects. Get ready to learn about the interactive side of web development.

Here is a video that really helped me understand the basics.
